"I have been with Tim I'd say 3 or 4 years now. Ever since day one any issues or questions I had about my policy or changes he was either on the phone right away with me or call me back very quickly. That is definitely a quality that you want on your side dealing with insurance. I was involved in an accident before and any question I had or concerned he was ready to talk about it and help me anyway he could. Couldn't ask for better customer service and response. "Tim has been fabulous to work with. Our prior agent retired and the transition to Tim was seemless. We then had to move out of state which meant having to switch to an agent in that state. Tim helped us find an agent and then worked with that agent so our policies dovetailed/overlapped just enough to not loose coverage on our houses and cars. Tim will look out for you."
